Welcome to EarnoPia!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the EarnoPia mobile application (“App”), developed and owned by EarnoPia Technologies.

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Definitions

• “App” refers to the mobile application named “EarnoPia”.

• “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to EarnoPia and its owners/operators.

• “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

• Use multiple accounts or fake credentials to earn rewards

• Use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate tasks

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior (e.g., fake referrals, spamming)

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

1. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

1. Rewards and Earning System

EarnoPia allows users to earn points, coins, or digital credits (“Rewards”) by completing tasks, viewing ads, referring friends, or participating in campaigns.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the reward system at any time

• Adjust point values and task availability

• Revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent means

All rewards have no cash value unless explicitly mentioned and are subject to verification.

1. Redemption and Payments

You may redeem rewards in the form of gift cards, UPI transfers, mobile recharges, or other offerings. Redemption is subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds

• Completion of identity or OTP verification

• Availability of funds or sponsor inventory

We reserve the right to decline payments if suspicious activity is detected.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks are the property of EarnoPia or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

1. Third-Party Services and Ads

The App may include ads or integrate with third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob

• Facebook Audience Network

• Firebase

• Payment gateways

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms

• We discontinue the App or any features

• Required by law or legal authorities

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, rewards, and data.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties or representations about:

• Accuracy or completeness of content

• Reliability or availability of services

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

Use the App at your own risk.

1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of earnings, data, or goodwill

• Unauthorized access or usage of your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards legitimately earned but not redeemed.

1. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App

• Violation of these Terms or third-party rights

• Fraudulent or unlawful conduct

1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify users via the App or email when major changes are made. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
